His actions will probably produce results in the long term and I sincerely hope someone in govt is on this list to take on the free offer. 2) Patrick Kariuki for proposal of an idea similar to "Project ICT Uhuru" and for possibly setting in motion one of the greatest events to take place in Kenyan ICT History.
