Did it have a person's name? If it was from a 'representative' of Paypal,
that's a scam!!! Paypal must have a verified name to show it came from them. Then don't continue reading the contents of the message. Safely delete and mark it as spam!!!

Well, Paypal did send a wrong transaction number to my bank statement and then *disabled* my card when I tried to put it in twice. Note that they refund the money when you have confirmed the card *successfully*. So if I'm like another 9,999 people, that's (calculating... let me see 10,000 x $2 (I wonder why they say $1.95) that's $20,000 dollars. Hmmm. Maybe it's not that much.
