Unfortunately, I don't know where the cheaper brands from "the East" can be found, though I know they exist. Wait a moment - there used to be a company called IGO Wireless - one day I saw some Chinese IP PABXs in their offices. IIRC, they could take multiple SIM cards... Look them up!
