Once you insure you are on cover from when it effective except for medical and I think life covers where there's a waiting period. first report by calling the insurer or email and you can go with the abstract later. I lost my phones and a friend lost his phone and laptop too. We were at the cops yesterday and was told that there is a way you can have the laptop registered with Access Kenya or KDN so that it can always be traced if its lost.
