Hi guys, I have this windows mobile phone wm6.1 I have been trying to surf from my comp using the phone 3g connection but to no avail.. If any1 has been able to do this, please assist Thanx in advance
Hi, Most windows mobile devices dont have a built in modem, but you can use a blutooth connection to your computer and it will automatically create a blutooth modem. Hi, This is perhaps the least exploited function of windows mobile. If you are able to surf on your phone, you CAN surf thru it using your comp. Just connect via usb, let ActiveSync finish syncing, go to programs (on your WM6 device), select internet sharing, select USB as the PC connection, click connect and voila! Some WM phones like HTCs make it even easier. Whenever you connect it asks you if you want to connect using Active Sync or as a modem.
