Bandwidth Management and Administration
Hi Skunks, Is there a sys admin or network admin out there who has been able to account for almost every single byte of bandwidth that they've purchased and also tweaked to work for him well either shaping it for VoIP, Video Conference, Skype Use etc. I would like to know the tools, approaches that have been used - ideally inexpensive, reliable tools.
