Sure thing but it depends on the zap menu loade on yo sim. Zap is designed to allow seamless access to your bank (any) to deposit and withdraw cash but the central bank stopped that service from begin implemented but it works on stanchart bank only. Yo can check transaction status, it has summaries or previous transaction with an option to have all this info emailed to you. What i know is if all its capabilities were allowed to function it could give mpesa competition. One thing i found interesting about zap is the use of alias instead of numbers to say bills even send cash. Like to say elec bills just know KPLC not numbers like on mpesa, for shopping in nakumatt just know the name. But truth be said Zain sucks in its marketing and advertisement and its the only reason they remain under market giant safcon. Cant they poach marketing guys from the competitor.
