
I vouched for JTL's Faiba connection to our office. I was sure they provide the best business connection in the country and pushed hard to get them to be our primary connection provider. Barely two months down the line we are looking for an alternative. They have had several downtimes, none of which were compensated. To add insult to injury they have disconnected us for a whole week now. When I complain to support they claim that they disconnected due to none payment (never mind we paid several days before the due date) and ask me to provide details of the payment. Despite us sending the payment details to our account manager last Friday we are still down seven days down the line. David

In the apartment that we live in, whenever there is a disconnection or issue (that causes internet to go away), I load a 7 day unlimited bundle from Orange and wait. Normally it takes 4 to 5 days for the issue to be resolved. I have since given up on customer care with the only exception being Queen Bee. For our office we eventually terminated the faiba connection (the performance was terrible) since zuku was performing better. We now have Queen Bee fibre as our primary connection.
