Hi all,
I'm setting up a website that needs to receive online payments in Rwanda. The first option that comes to mind is Moneybookers<http://www.moneybookers.com>. Has anyone on the list used them? Any other options to receive online payments in (East) Africa?
I'd really appreciate an option.

@Nd'wez, might you know why they had to approach CBK? My reasoning being why one might need permission from gava to innovate.

Are you sure of this? I think its dangerous when a regulator refuses to license a competing product and refers them to them competition
