Making devices using Apple remnants will not work for the likes of HTC and Samsung. It is not the parts themselves, as the parts are commodities that anyone from Samsung, TSMC can make. That's why Apple can change from one manufacturer to another. The iPhone and iPad are made by many different manufacturers like Foxconn and Pegatron. It is how you bring them together in a beautiful device with world class software.
