When is PayPal going to realize the .ke users are a gold field! @Mickey, the cheapest I have encountered so far is finding a Skunkperson who wants PayPal and has cash, and you "barter trade". This method costs only the PayPal transfer cost :-) Problem is that the Skunkpersons in such a situation come once in a while...
