It's a Mobile Device Management solution or MDM. It secures corporate network such that when a staff brings their own device to work, the mobile device is containerised such the work environment is separate from personal environment. Transfer of data in either direction is prohibited. Several Endpoint security vendors like Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business has a similar solution.
