Hey list, Has anyone dealt with Mac & More, with regards to ordering items from(via) them? How do they rate in terms of : 1. Reliability. (Do they deliver exactly what it is they promised?) 2. Cost. (How do they rate against Personal Systems and Elite?) 3. Customer Service. (How well do they treat their clientele?) 4. Support. (What support terms, lines of recourse, SLA and so on). I'm thinking of getting a few Apple items and I would like to see how best to go about it in Nairobi. Any help will be greatly appreciated. -- t~0~t~0

Problem with all the dealers is stock availability - last I checked (2 weeks ago) none had base level Macbook Pro 13' except for Mac & More (2 pieces) and those had already been 'booked' - even though I was offering cash in USD... Elite had top end 13' model and Personal Systems didn't have... Never ordered from Mac & More so I don't know but their guy Benson called me a couple of times and was prepared to accept my order and express courier a 'book in - couldn't go for that option coz I was only in Nai for a few days before starting on multi-country trip...
