Hello, I have a Hawk Vision CCTV system, its working fine the only problem is i put a password on the DVR,then forgot the password,so now cannot operate anything including video playback. So does anyone have any know how on reseting the DVR to factory settings on maybe resetting the password. *Best Regards,Kenneth Njuguna,YastLabs Computer Solutions,0723511949,0202178473http://www.yastlabs.co.ke <http://www.yastlabs.co.ke>*

There has to be a way to password reset the device. Your best bet is scouring the Internet for such a device including the manufacturers site. Regards On 10 Jun 2014 16:44, "Yast Labs" <yastlabs@gmail.com> wrote:

Try remove the cmos battery, power on for 10-20 seconds, return cmos. If lucky - u have the thing back to default. Kind Regards, Wilson./
