Is it possible to have a skunk expo where skunks can showcase what they do to the rest of us? The target audience would be fellow skunks. My reasons for this is that I'd like to see guys like Chuks cracking into a machine by using a pdf exploit, Wash with DMTF (Which i stil dont knw what it means), web devs and all other devs doing their thing and of course Aki building ... What does he do? As in the bunch of skunkers just showing off! Good thing with this is that whatever we exhibit doesn't have to make financial/business sense. What do ya think?

You can actually google for DTMF and find out what it is, like http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DTMF When you call Zain Customer Care on 111 (from a Zain number) or when you call Access Kenya on 3600000 or Wananchi Group on 3292000 you will encounter Automated Attendant (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Automated_attendant) systems or IVR (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IVR) which rely on DTMF to help you navigate the menu presented on the system. I am working on something like that using a GSM gateway, an IP PBX and a special software. The Automated Attendant is build around the software, running on a PC. I know very little around this area, but have been doing RTFM all the time while implementing the same. Habari techlistkenya @ ati showing off! ...lol!. :-) We try and share as much as possible, it helps to try and make sense of things. I don't do anything special that would be worth of mention, its all in a day's challenges that are thrown by others, some past, some present. Sometimes we fail, most times we suceed. Self motivation is the most important factor and plenty on this list live by it, given the state of things.... Hope you too will contribute and share what you learn, study and experience. And remember, you have to start your journey from somewhere so take up a challenge on your freetime and follow it through to the end. :-)
