I worked for some ISPs but still I can't even understand your question. Simply put, an ISP will provide support for the service/product you have purchased (signed up for) from them. They will basically strive to ensure that you are getting value for your money. 1. 24/7 on phone support - this is a must have for ISP's
2. Onsite support 3. Email support - updates eg on dns change etc etc. R D
