-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi, Am sure there are pros here who can break it down for me....am looking at all this hype about the cable and lowering tariffs etc etc but from what i can see there is only one provider(of bandwidth) to the cable already in place: Etisalat....and they have a good reputation under their name. My que is what happens when another provider wants to sell bandwidth to the EA region using the same fiber? Is this even possible or is the situation in a monopoly-styled deadlock? Again, doesnt it mean we can still have some form of free and fair "bandwidth selling" along the same cable thus fostering competition.?
