Have you tried it on a different PC. You need to be more specific with your problem to get any help.

The firmware is available on the safcom site; check link http://www.safaricom.co.ke/index.php?id=246..... then reinstall the modem it should work. In Windows 7, the modem is notorious for installing and leaving several drivers out. Instead of auto-running the installer, browse the modem and double click on the application to install the modem again. Dont use the autorun file
