Seems two companies in Kenya accept payment in Bitcoins http://coinmap.org/

There is ALOT of money to be had in remittances to Kenya via Bitcoin if somebody can figure out how to do it safely and legally. A Bitcoin remittance service (or just for import/export of goods) is exactly the type of business that could be started in Nairobi, could scale globally, and could take advantage of local talent in the early stages. Also, the market is very large - which is critical for every startup to contemplate. -- Kili.io - OpenStack for Africa: kili.io Musings: twitter.com/varud <https://twitter.com/varud> About Adam: www.linkedin.com/in/adamcnelson On Thu, Dec 5, 2013 at 5:21 AM, Kebaya <humphreykebaya@gmail.com> wrote:
