How do I upgrade my Galaxy Mini from Froyo to Gingerbread? It those ones you get from Safaricom shop. I need a better relationship with Google because he/she has failed to show me how this can be done officially. I still want it done though, especially if it can be done using an approved ROM, which safaricom doesn't seem to offer - unless I missed the link. -- Best regards, Odhiambo WASHINGTON, Nairobi,KE +254733744121/+254722743223 _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ I can't hear you -- I'm using the scrambler. Best bet is to root it and install a custom ROM for it. Official ROMs are here <http://www.samfirmware.com/WEBPROTECT-s5570.htm>for your model. Regards, Alex On Sat, Oct 29, 2011 at 4:06 PM, Odhiambo Washington <odhiambo@gmail.com>wrote:

@Alex, I used the instructions from http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tcki_b7j0bQ to successfully update to Gingerbread-2.3.4. My attempts to go to 2.3.5 were not successful, but that is my next task in this game with Droids. On Sat, Oct 29, 2011 at 17:55, Alex Ngatia <alex.ngatia@gmail.com> wrote:
