Cyberoam is a great tool if you know how to configure it (Which I must say is not straight forward). I have never configured VPNs on it but its features are superior to Cisco, though their costing is quite high and you have to pay annualy for modules such as web and application filter and IPS to be activated. The good thing is that you can always get a 14Day test period before commiting your monies.
