Hi Simon, You can not answer that question in any one way, it all depends on what your priorities/emphasis is. And there are many many options, let me mention a few. Bernsoft - if you need very custom integration. iPay - not sure of unique point. I&M Bank - if you have high volumes of credit-card transactions Jambopay - If you want to pay the highest charges. KCB Bank - Same as I&M bank Kopo Kopo - if you want the technically best API. Mpayer - if you want custom reports. PesaPal - if you want the widest range of payment options. PesaPi - If you want to do it yourself. Safaricom IPN - if you just want Mpesa support. (note the above is my personal impression - it may not be 100% precise) But to answer your question - the best solution would probably be to integrate with at least 2 of the API/Systems so that you have redundancy. I.e. an alternative provider to fall back on in case your primary payment gateway is down for a period of time (always have a backup-plan).
