Bandwidth usage.
Also, i would like something that would have a helpdesk service,
where
i can remotely log in and troubleshoot a terminal.

ntop? (http://www.ntop.org/products/ntop/). Especially nice if you have Netflow/Sflow speaking network gear, though it's not absolutely necessary.
