Assuming I have a photography business, should I charge my clients VAT?And should I have an ETR machine?

Popular photography services are as below:-

1.Wedding photography. 2.Studio photography. 3.Corporate photography. E.g.Boardroom photography? 4.Advertising photography. 5.Fashion photography.
