Your images can be a bit higher on the res, you've compromised a bit too much on the house picture, i can see dithering. A few links aren't active, there is a link posted for New Offices in CBD which should have a thumbnail. Make sure all thumbs are active on your preview if you're using D.Weaver before uploading and if you've done and still are having issues when you've uploaded, make sure your linking is correct for all images. From the Aesthetic value of the site, your buttons can be a bit more subtle, these are the header buttons, which turn grey on hover, try and block them a bit more. Kudos on getting a good site up. A few things i noticed.
Your images can be a bit higher on the res, you've compromised a bit too much on the house picture, i can see dithering.
A few links aren't active, there is a link posted for New Offices in CBD which should have a thumbnail. Make sure all thumbs are active on your preview if you're using D.Weaver before uploading and if you've done and still are having issues when you've uploaded, make sure your linking is correct for all images.
