Hi Wash as for shortcodes you have to be licensed PRSP to operate them (though it is possible to terminate them differently) hence under normal conditions if u receive such a message on your safcom then they must be aware of the originator. A friend received the same msg on both saf and zain lines with the amount of reversal being different. They must be trying to find some gullible individuals who they can then tell "hey, you see now you've got X KES in your account courtesy of us. You need to share with us" or something, without knowing it's just your money you are sending them. Nothing ever came in. Haven't you heard of such cases?
