Hi Skunks, We have been nominated for both Best Tech Blog in Kenya and Blog of the year in Kenya categories for this year's BAKE Blog awards. I am thus appealing for your votes in the two categories. We try every day to write relevant tech to our audience and take feedback with utmost importance. Peter, to be honest that's a case of, customizing a name because of availability of names. When I was picking a name, I thought of the name Techwiz, but some webhost had taken it. The way I know it, even if you are going to end up with a country level domain, you don't want to run with a domain who's top level domain has a different owner. So I customized Techwiz to Techweez. Nothing scientific. I have thought a lot on what that makes people think, of course I need to spell the name every-time I tell someone new the site. Peter, to be honest that's a case of, customizing a name because of availability of names. When I was picking a name, I thought of the name Techwiz, but some webhost had taken it. The way I know it, even if you are going to end up with a country level domain, you don't want to run with a domain who's top level domain has a different owner. So I customized Techwiz to Techweez. Nothing scientific.
I have thought a lot on what that makes people think, of course I need to spell the name every-time I tell someone new the site.
