http://economictimes.indiatimes.com/news/news-by-industry/telecom/can-airtel... Manoj (Kolkata) 27 Jun, 2011 02:35 PM Airtel is anti Employee Company. It sucks blood out of employee along with its family. Its formula temporarily proved in favor for India where suppressed employees are bound to continue but in long run company will have to pay the price. Africa may not be sucked and suppressed like Indian. SBM should realize it ASAP and treat employees as asset. ./bernard On Tue, Jun 28, 2011 at 8:22 AM, Phares Kariuki <pkariuki@gmail.com> wrote:

I know for a fact that Airtel has flooded their Kenyan operations with rockets (excuse my use of that derogatory term, but it's true) which makes me wonder if they can't use Kenyans for these. They are spending so much on these expats, forgetting that they are still one of the underdogs in this market. Being an Airtel client and an unhappy one, I am not surprised by these turn of events.
