Thanks folks for you replies...but Could it be serendipity I rode a GK vehicle in the present day for the first time in 2012 and here I am mimicking the Kenyan government :) Far from it, I do not have contacts for the MoA, Citi Hoppa and the likes since I am still upcountry. I want to ensure the attendees get to the venue in time. (Hakuna masaa ya kunipigia simu ati wamepotea njia). Two, there is a high chance that the potential attendees will get to the venue in time now that transport is catered for. It will also be convenient and a good way of saying thanks for coming by dropping them in town owing to the fact that we are having rains and we all know how transport becomes easy especially along Ngong Road. Around 150pax. Take them in the Morning then pick them up on the evening after event is over.
