Hallo, I need help on tracking my phone that was stolen on Friday evening.I reported the matter to the police but I am not convinced the process of tracking the phone is moving as fast as it should. I do have the IMEI number. Alex Gabriel, +254721-987441
I recently was playing around with the Safaricom Selfcare and noticed they have a bar feature where you can block the phone. It showed me a bunch of phones my SIM card's been in. You need the abstract and the phone receipt to block the phone. As for tracking I'd say, start counting your loses. It will cost you more than the phone with the cops and even if you get to safcom, they can only track phones on their network.
