Start with the basics. Configure the IPs on your laptop, connect the main cable from the ISP to your laptop, then run a speedtest. You can try this one hosted by QB<http://speedtest.safaricombusiness.co.ke>and see if (without any traffic on your link) you can hit the 1/1Mbps... -- Best regards, Odhiambo WASHINGTON, Nairobi,KE +254733744121/+254722743223 _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ I can't hear you -- I'm using the scrambler. Please consider the environment before printing this email.

please also note that in ISP lingo 1Mb is actually 125KBps. On Tue, Aug 9, 2011 at 11:05 AM, Chege <compulinekenya@gmail.com> wrote:

The best test I have found reliable is a heavily seeded torrent. Always maxes out the connection. Regards, Mark Mwangi On Aug 9, 2011 11:47 AM, "[ Brainiac ]" <arebacollins@gmail.com> wrote:
