Btw, now that we are talking about the employment market, my biggest problem with humanity (I will not say Kenyans coz I have seen it worse in West Africa) is people are comfortable with coming to work daily, doing nothing and waiting for payday. Its like this has become the acceptable mode of 'I am going to work'. We have substituted performance-based remuneration with selfie-taking 'my workplace is cool' attitude! Really really depressing! IT is a dynamic career because it keeps on changing so you must move with time...when one finishes course and attachments always try and find a way to get experience for instance when was i colleges I volunteered at IT Department while i still learning when I finished I got attachment now the experience I got at the college IT Department made me standout once I got attachment to a Point of getting tender while I was still an intern so EXPERIENCE is the key papers are for knowledge and formalities...Cz you can't be employed without them....my advice if you can walk to computer college teach part time until you get another,,,God helps people who help them self... Some of us were lucky. I have seen most if not many volunteering to work for free just to gain experience but not even getting the opportunity.
