Festive season greatings, I would like to publish an online spreadsheet (a simple one) to be shared amongst a group of individuals. I am thinking of using google docs. Are there security risks i should be aware of? Any better but not too complex alternative? (I dont have much time and thats why I am avoiding complexities) Regards, Jeff
Hi Geof, Google Docs is you need I reckon. I especially like that all the people you're sharing the doc with can be logged in at the same time as you, and you can see who is editing what in real time, and chat about it on the right hand side chat area. The plus is standard aspects of MS Office documents (One Note, Powepoint,Word, Excel) integrate directly into the cloud and 25GB storage free for your docs.
