I found it too, after a bit of searching. So why is it under tamarind.co.ke? Why not register carnivore.co.ke and forward it to that? And why is it that if one searches for "carnivore restaurant+kenya", tamarind group is 8th on that list? How is a tourist just abt to land in town supposed know that carnivore is owned by tamarind? I think i should ask these questions to the webmaster of tamarind.co.ke There are so many webdesign outfits in town yet there are still soo many establishments yet to get online. I found it too, after a bit of searching. So why is it under tamarind.co.ke? Why not register carnivore.co.ke and forward it to that? And why is it that if one searches for "carnivore restaurant+kenya", tamarind group is 8th on that list? How is a tourist just abt to land in town supposed know that carnivore is owned by tamarind?
I think i should ask these questions to the webmaster of tamarind.co.ke
There are so many webdesign outfits in town yet there are still soo many establishments yet to get online. Could this be an indication of poor marketing on the part of the design companies ama ignorance on the part of the firms?

The difference comes from the content.....If you have uefa.com selling oranges or mangoes then you have a case...but if your content is about the european champions league then it is tricky. The same applies to you, if you have a school called TAHIDI High...and the content is about your school then ICANN can consider...but if it is about the TV programme....TAHIDI HIGH....the real owners of TAHIDI HIGH (in this case Citizen TV) can force you to give it back for free........
