The price and the land's location are OK, IMHO. What you need is to do a thorough due diligence, because this area has some controversial landowners around (like kina delamere). Also there was some rant a while back about too many establisments encroaching on the lake's riparian zone if it has one, so just be careful and thorough, otherwise its a good investment, i would recommend...
