Hi, I need a web app that will allow me to send HTML newsletter easily. The app should have the following features: 1. Pick a static template- The template will be predefined and in most cases will just be one. 2. Enter content for the newsletter through a web interface like a mini-CMS specifically for the key sections of the newsletter. 3. Preview newsletter with the content to be sent out. 4. Send newsletter to specified email addresses stored in database.- The CMS should allow me to add the email addresses also. Preferred dev language is PHP or Python with integration to MySQL DB, it will run on a Ubuntu web server on a local network. Estimated number of email addresses is currently about 2000.
