Hello skunks, i have ruminated on whether to post this here for a while, ive finally thought that if it were me i would go to all costs, so kindly look, tweet, share and spread. (in a shot its an attempt to shut down a hosii in nairobi that let someone bleed to death in what is gross negligence). http://bit.ly/fNzjEV Kind Regards,

Very sad indeed, one of my colleague passed under the same circumstance and i heard a name familiar to that mentioned. i will ask more and if it is some action is really needed. On Fri, Dec 31, 2010 at 5:50 PM, Collins Areba <arebacollins@gmail.com>wrote:

@Dennis, there is nothing African about that behavior. Watch Michael Moore documentary on US healthcare, I forget the name. However it is a sad story and state of affairs indeed. Why is it we Africans are so quick to belittle ourselves? Are we still colonised in our minds? On 1/1/11, Dennis Kioko <dmbuvi@gmail.com> wrote:
From what i gather, most hospitals are affected by the above behaviour, and you are better off getting your own doctor to deal with you. Seems its another Africanbehaviour

I dont know, its just that am used to things not been there or things failing and people taking this as a normality e.g. Am amazaed that water shortage in Nairobi has been accepted as a norm rather than a situation requiring urgent remedy

Psicko...i think. On 1/1/11, John Doe <fivepings@gmail.com> wrote:

Though from what I gather, some countries like Zimbabwe are actually doing well, especially in the road sector.

My wife delivered there, BUT, A BIG BUT, she cursed the place for what she went through, every-time we drive past the kaplace she bitterly recalls the hardship/negligence and carelessness she went through the arms of those 'proffessionals'. Funny we were referred by a friend who said the place is very good and clean - no queues etc!
She has also referred her friend to the hosi, BUT after delivery- Thanks to God, she called her immediately and changed her mind. Well, i concur - to all mothers, sisters, friends etc - dont dare go to the place to bring a life to this earth - look for another place with 'decent professionals'. Wilson.
Kind Regards,

My friend almost died in the same place. She developed preeclampsia and those guys did not realise, thanks God I noticed that her face was swollen and called a dr who recommended we tranfer her immediately.By the time we reached Nairobi women, she was wheeled to the theatre to save the baby's life but thanks God her life also got saved. They guys are totally incompetent and I hope the place gets closed down. Its a death sentence for every woman who goes there for delivery!!!!
