Does anyone here know how one can contact Safaricom when a WiMAX link is down without going through the bureaucratic system where (a) you have to call Customer Care, leave them with your details so that you are called back, OR (b) you are asked to call a non-existent number - 0722 00 22 22 (c) calling 42 73 272 and being put on hold for eons while they try to find who you need to talk to?
