There is nothing about luck here. Its gambling, and the house never loses. What happens is that once you call, you get a machine that automatically disconnects you or tells you something silly. Then you call again and again, all the time they get like 60 bob each time. You amaze me that you actually spent your hard earned 9G on that game! Hehehe, don't see how the guys can be sued. A guy in the US participated on a similar game show, gave the right answer but was told he was wrong. He was a finalist for a million bucks. When he attempted to sue, defence argued that whether or not he gave the right answer, there was no guarantee that that answer would get him to carry the jackpot home. It's a game of luck, no? Now he's contemplating suing for 'mental' & 'emotional' distress. Now, in our case, i am at a loss as to what we'd be suing those silly game shows for. Let the fools play . . . . . . .
