Win 2003 Server locking out users

Greetings, I am running a win server '03 as domain controller but it keeps locking out users, for example after they log out of their accounts they cant logon again until someone goes to the active server directory and unlocks them. Any pointers will be highly appreciated. Rgds Jeff

You are a victim of conficker worm...its gonna mess you up...do the following:- - Validate that the AV can connect and do auto update - Verify that your Windows XP machines have the patch update from Microsoft (Search from Microsfot site) - Ensure that the AV is updated and scan every machine. Hope it works. thanks, On Wed, Dec 15, 2010 at 5:03 PM, Geofrey Karani <jeffkarani@gmail.com>wrote:

@Calvin, the BSOD has many reasons but mostly hardware related. Pls provide more specifics and it would be easier to help you out. Cheers. On Wed, Dec 15, 2010 at 9:01 PM, Calvin Omari <calvinebarongo@gmail.com>wrote:

IIRC, Windows Server(s) software are less forgiving on hardware (in)compatibility that their Desktop variants. That is what you need to base your solution on. Did MS give some hardware analyzer for win2k3?? -- Best regards, Odhiambo WASHINGTON, Nairobi,KE +254733744121/+254722743223 _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ Damn!!
