I am having an issue with Facebook ads.I boosted an ad sometime back and for weird reasons I am getting the below message. *"We were unable to charge your ad account <https://www.facebook.com/ads/manage/billing.php?act=65828415> using Visa *2710 because you may have reached your card limit. Please add a new payment method or pay your card balance and try charging it again."* I have confirmed that my card still has sufficient funds but for weird reasons Facebook does not seem to debit me for the amount in mention. Have you checked with your bank? Kenyan banks are very cautious on all issues related to online transactions.
