Delivering torrents as http traffic
Is it possible to have a service where servers download torrents and forward them to a user as http traffic, such that if torrents are blocked or throttled on my network, I can input them on the service and get a http link that will come in as a normal download which will not be blocked or throttled. does such a service exist? -- with Regards: Corruption in Kenya, a brief look at causes and an insane solution: all at my blog: http://gramware.blogspot.com
