I host two domains with EAC Directory & they haven't disappointed me thus far. Billing & support are on point! vis-à-vis your users who travel a lot, my advice is to use the SMTP server of the network you are using, e.g. for Safaricom (mail.gprs.safaricom.com, for Orange (smtp.jambo.co.ke) et al... Using ISPs SMTP servers won't work if you're regularly on different ISPs around the world - it's bound to fail not infrequently. They need dedicated SMTP servers with encryption. The obvious choice is Google Apps (what I used) since it's so far ahead of the pack.
