Dear Friends, Can anyone herein please recommend a good brand of USB WiFi dongles that are dirt cheap (but still good enough). Please also tell me where I can buy the same. I used to have one from Lightwave that cost Ksh. 2,000 back on 2006, but it had a very short range. So I am assuming that these dongles should be costing below Ksh. 1K by now... Thanks, Timo.

@ Alvin, Good point, lakini I think the price of such gadgets tends to go downwards...e.g. the IDEOS is cheaper today than it was a few months ago, the price of the 21Mb usb modem from Orange fell from within a few weeks...bread is definitely not in that category... @ Alvin, thanks for explanation... Oh, now I am starting to get it...Some of these gadgets were already in their stores, gathering dust, and were bought when the dollar was at 70... I was not that good at Economics...but I think the Maize/Wheat/Oil cartels and KAM have brainwashed Kenyans to think that every time the Sh. weakens against the $, the price of everything MUST go up... Even Wairimu at K-street has increased the price of "you know what"...kwani since when did "you know what" start running on petrol? Tafakari Hayo.
