http://elearning.voicesofafrica.info You want to make classes... you can send offers to host it on the system... It still has some bugs, but once worked out I think we have something good. For this first run we have been focusing more on chat and text documents for slow connections. If there is the demand (and the $) we plan to increase the system to have virtual online fully interactive classrooms. The idea is to train and empower people across Africa using ICT.
