Does anyone know how to buy bundles on the orange network from an iPad? I managed to load airtime but checking the balance or any other operation is next to impossible. Well, this is what I did; I went to Phone Express and told them to use the microsim on a capable phone to flash me - then I saved the number. I bought my airtime and went home. Then I called customer care this afternoon and told them how they should be ashamed that I have to call them to load airtime and purchase bundles.. I had issues to purchasing bundles from www.safaricom.com/bundles for an iPad - saying device not detected. I then transferred the micro sim to an ordinary nokia handset to purchase the bundles.
