I can feel the desperation of his accusers ...I can neither side with him nor accuse him...but appreciate his defensive ways..He is doing more marketing than anything...its like he is not aware that he is supposed to defend himself.At first I thought he is the one who brought this here using another name just to publicize his business....he has outsmarted his accusers. May I differ with one Kiprono computers. A customer is always right, or so goes an old adage. While this could be debatable here, I think saying that the accused has outsmarted his accusers is a very pedestrian way of looking at the scenario. The larger picture is, there are some dissatisfied (potential) clients. My inbox tells me this is not the first time people are posting similar threads here, about exactly the same person. One or all of the following could be wrong-his business model, his particular business, or his character as a person. As long as there are unhappy clients no matter his explanation, things will most likely get rocky ahead.
