I think it's a give or go! Personally I don't care what Google does with the data, as long as I can search for free:-) Would I head over to BING and Hotmail? No reason to. They are also likely to follow suit. Would I create multiple google accounts for different uses? No. Anyone who values privacy should not have any online activities. For instance, using different accounts from the same IP, you are likely to betray your false sense of security by contacting/mentioning the other accounts.
