Philip actually the imei ,bluetooth ,wifi adress iccid model firmware are all blank .i have no idea what the chap did av tried redsnow with no help .its version is ios 4.1(8B117) its a 2009

If the iPhone can still start, you may be in luck in that it can still be recovered either by Redsn0w or other methods. If you are still not able to fix it, hit me offlist and I can give it a try.
