Is this a joke or something? Someone told me that 0722 002222 is Safaricom's Business Support number. The care lines 100 and 200 don't work for business support. They are more of support lines for the mobile network.

Yeah, for the past years,, I used to be able to call the paid customer care line (landline 020427**100, or mobile 0722***100) and get straight through to customer care (cos afterall, you are paying) Siku hizi,, those same lines,, put you through a long recording,, adverts,, press menus,, music,, then at the end after the line has chewed your money for like 5 min, the recording says "All our customer representatives are busy" - and hangs up unceremoniously !! WTF ???
